A Three Day Training Workshop organized for Teaching Fellows at UoT

The Faculty of Economics, Commerce, and Business Administration, University of Turbat has organized a 3-day workshop on "Faculty Training and Development" on October 5-7, 2021. The newly inducted Teaching Fellows and Visiting Teachers participated in the workshop. The workshop was designed in different sessions covering various themes which include, Active Teaching and Learning Strategies (Academic Delivery), Teaching Philosophy, Whole Scheme of Education, Assessment of Competence, Mirco Teaching, Teaching Skills and competencies, Knowing the learners and individual differences, Learning Styles and Microteaching Cycle.
Dr. Riaz Ahmed, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Mushtaq Badini, lecturer, Department of Commerce, and Mr. Qamber Ali Lecturer, Department of Management Sciences were the resource person of the workshop.
Mr. Muhammad Waris, lecturer at, Department of Commerce was the coordinator of the workshop. The participants of the workshop cherished every session and requested more sessions of the same nature in the future.
