Mentorship session held at Department of Management Sciences of UoT

The Department of Management Sciences, University of Turbat has organized a Pre-Eligibility Mentorship session required for the accreditation of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at the Department of Management Sciences here on 1st March 2023. The session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Abdul Raziq, the mentor for the accreditation process, and attended by Dr. Waseem Barkat, Dean Faculty of Economics, Commerce and Business Administration, Mr. Badal Khan, Chairperson, Department of Management Sciences, Dr. Riaz Ahmed, Director QEC, and SAR Team members.
With the help of a mentor, the committee discussed improving the quality of the strategic plan by connecting the objectives with the department's vision and mission. The mentor guided the committee in designing a quality self-assessment report. The mentor has expressed satisfaction with the preparedness of the department for the accreditation process.
The mentor had a session with the faculty members of the department and discussed the role of a good teacher and the importance of teamwork in improving the quality of education. In his exit meeting with Vice Chancellor, Prof Dr. Jan Muhammad, the mentor discussed the key areas where administration support is required in the accreditation process.
