World Health Day observed at Turbat University

On the eve of World Health Day, the Department of Natural and Basic Sciences, University of Turbat (UoT) organized a walk here on 7th April 2023 at the Main Campus of UoT. The students of the Department of Natural and Basic Sciences participated in the walk. They were holding placards and banners with slogans to create awareness and advocate for healthcare issues affecting communities worldwide. This year’s theme is “Health for All: Everyone & Everywhere”. The walk was led by Jeand Baloch, Lecturer, Natural & Basic Sciences Department. Speaking on the occasion, he said that it is a global initiative that aims to draw the attention of the people toward issues related to global health. He added that it is also an opportunity to take concrete action to tackle the health challenges of today and tomorrow.
