MPA and Parliamentary Secretary for Inter-Provincial Coordination Ms. Meena Baloch visits Turbat University.

Ms. Meena Baloch, Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) of Balochistan and Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination visited the University of Turbat (UoT) on 20th May 2024. She was welcomed by Dr. Mansoor Ahmed, Pro-Vice-Chancellor UoT along with university officials. The Pro-VC expressed gratitude to Ms. Meena Baloch for visiting the university and taking a keen interest in the educational matters of the province. He acknowledged the ownership of the public representatives for educational institutions of Makran Division and District Kech. The Pro-VC asked the visiting parliamentarian to make efforts to award scholarships to faculty members and students of the public sector universities of Balochistan under the Cultural Exchange Scholarship Program offered by the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination. He also requested to initiate a student exchange program for the students of Turbat University under the Inter-Provincial Coordination Ministry, which is quite instrumental for students' exposure and provincial harmony.
The female faculty of UoT also interacted with Ms. Meena Baloch and demanded for strengthening the female-specific facilities for female faculty and female students of the university. Ms. Meena Majeed reiterated her commitment to prioritize the educational institutes for imparting quality education to future generations and pledged to take up the requested matters in appropriate forums and authorities concerned.
