VC vows for Research Advancement and Academic Excellence at Turbat University

Prof. Dr. Jan Muhammad, Vice Chancellor, of the University of Turbat (UoT) said that increasing research culture at UoT is enhancing the academic reputation of the University nationwide. He expressed these views while presiding over the 20th meeting of the Advanced Studies & Research Board (ASRB) here on 22nd May 2024 at UoT. He commended the dedication and commitment of the university’s faculty and the efforts of ASRB members in promoting research activities in the university. He vowed that his administration would spare no efforts to elevate Turbat University to new heights of research distinction and academic excellence.
Dr. Adeel Ahmed, Dean of Graduate Studies, presented the meeting's agendas for deliberation and decision, including the confirmation of minutes of the 19th ASRB meeting, thesis submissions, evaluation reports, and Viva Voce reports of various scholars.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Mansoor Ahmed, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Deans, Director of the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), Director of the Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC), Controller of Examinations, Principal of Atta Shad Degree College Turbat, and other ASRB members.
