HEC DLSEI 3.0-Cohort 4 Officially Launched

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, in collaboration with Coursera under the Digital Learning and Skills Enhancement Initiative (DLSEI), officially launched DLSEI 3.0-Cohort 4 on November 5, 2026. Eligible students, faculty members and university staff are invited to apply for a free six-month Coursera license and learn from top global universities and industry leaders. Registration is now open, and the deadline is December 10, 2026.

- Active students of HEC-recognized public and private universities.
- Faculty members of HEC-recognized public and private universities.
- Staff members of HEC-recognized public and private universities.
- Faculty currently enrolled in DLSEI 3.0-Cohort 3.
