8th meeting of UoT Finance & Planning Committee held

“Due to timely planning, better financial discipline, conduct of meeting of statuary bodies in regular interval, quality education system and observing merit strictly, Turbat University has earned countrywide recognition in the field of higher education” said the VCUoT Prof Dr Abdul Razzaq sabirwhile addressing the 8th meeting of Finance and Planning Committee of UoT held in Karachi on June 27, 2018.
The members of the meeting showed their satisfaction over running the university matters in accordance with university act and the decisions of the statuary bodies.
Earlier director fiancé Ghulam Farooq presented report of current fiscal year and budget estimates of next financial year 2018-19.
Besides discussion on various financial matters, the meeting also approved the budget estimates of next financial year 2018-19, pension scheme for university employees, rules and regulations for university endowment fund and the recommendations presented by university ORIC.
Director finance Ghulam Farooq, director QEC Prof Dr Gul Hassan, Management Sciences Dean Prof DrMunir Ahmed, DrManzoor Ahmed Baloch, Muhammad Khalid Sarparah, HEC representative JavidMemeon, dean research DrRiaz Ahmed, chairman Economics department Abdul Qayyum, deputy registrar Gangzar Baloch and deputy director finance Rahmatullah were in attendance.
