Orientation Session for Faculty Arranged in UoT's Gwadar Campus

An Orientation Session was organized in the Gwadar Campus of the University of Turbat on February 20, 2021. Mr. Mujahid Hussain, Lecture/Incharge Department of Commerce UoT’s Gwadar Campus was the Resource Person of the Orientation Session. The newly inducted Teaching Fellows and Visiting Teachers participated in the Orientation Session. The main objective of this Orientation Session was to abreast the newly inducted teachers regarding tools and techniques required for teaching in the classroom.
The faculty members from all four departments have actively participated in the session as well as learned the basics techniques of Teaching, Classroom Activities, Assessment, and Marking criteria that are very important elements of the semester system.
At the end of the session, an interactive discussion between participants and resource person was also held in which practical experiences of teaching at the university level were discussed and shared by the resource person and some participants. Campus Director Ijaz announced to organize a three-day comprehensive training workshop for the newly inducted Teaching staff.
