The UoT conducts its self-Postgraduate Programs Review.

The University of Turbat (UoT) conducted its self-Postgraduate Programs Review (PGPR) on June 27, 2022. The PGPR panel comprised two external members including Prof. Dr. Abdul Razak Mahar, Director QEC TIP, Karachi; Prof. Dr.  Aftab Ahmed Shaikh, Dean faculty of Information Technology, Sindh Madressatul Islam University (SMIU), Karachi; and two internal members, Prof. Dr. Gul Hassan, Dean, Faculty of Legal Education and Dr. Riaz Ahmed,  Director QEC.

The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), in collaboration with all concerned departments and UoT's administrative units, facilitated the self-review process. Prof. Dr. Abdul Razak Mahar convened the review process and it began with an interactive session with Prof. Dr. Jan Muhammad, the Vice-Chancellor, followed by a thorough review of documents produced by the QEC and concerned departments.

The review team met with academic and administrative heads of departments, faculty, and student to ensure the quality of postgraduate programs at the departments of UoT. The panel also visited the campus's libraries, classrooms, and laboratories to observe the facilities available on campus. In their exit meeting with the VC UoT, the panel shared their suggestions and recommendations for further strengthening the university's teaching and research activities for the postgraduate programs. The Vice-Chancellor presented the commemorative shield of the University to the members of the PGPR panel.
