Caretaker Provincial Minister for Information Visits Faculty of Law

The Caretaker Provincial Minister for Information, Jan Achakzai, visited the Faculty of Law at the University of Turbat on 28th September 2023. On this occasion, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor Dr. Gul Hasan Baloch, along with other faculty members, warmly welcomed the Caretaker Provincial Minister. Meanwhile, the Minister visited the various sections in the Faculty of Law building, where Dr. Gul Hasan Baloch gave him a briefing regarding the academic and infrastructural development of the Law Department. During an interactive session with students, the Caretaker Minister noted with pleasure that male and female students from Balochistan are pursuing legal education at the University of Turbat. He said that in today's modern era, students should use the internet to enhance their skills and create self-employment opportunities through e-commerce. He also mentioned that Balochistan has numerous resources, and we should use these resources to align our country with developed nations. In addition to exposure visits for the students, he announced the allocation of 250 scholarships and 50 laptops for deserving students of the Faculty of Law.
