UoT Vice-Chancellor Reiterates University’s Commitment to Student Employability Through Job Fair

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Turbat (UoT), Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan, emphasized the university’s commitment to equipping its students and graduates with the skills and exposure needed to meet the demands of the modern job market. He shared these remarks while inaugurating a two-day job fair held at UoT on November 27-28, 2024. The event was attended by faculty members, administrative staff, representatives from various organizations, and a large number of students. The Vice-Chancellor extended his special thanks to the organizations and firms for their participation in this impactful student-focused event. He reiterated the university’s dedication to fostering employability, enhancing entrepreneurial skills, strengthening academia-industry collaboration, connecting students and graduates with potential employers, and providing opportunities for career exploration and professional networking.
Dr. Gul Hasan highlighted that the job fair exemplifies the university’s mission to empower students and graduates, enabling them to contribute to the socio-economic development of the region through meaningful employment opportunities and entrepreneurship.
During the closing session of the event, the chief guest, Vice Chancellor of the University of Turbat, Professor Dr. Gul Hasan, along with the deans, registrar, directors, and heads of various teaching and administrative departments, distributed shields and certificates to the participating firms, organizers, and volunteers of the event.
