UoT's Scholar Wins Global Attention at Prestigious International Conference

Dr. Muhammad Yaseen, Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology, University of Turbat (UoT), represented the University at the international AAS-in-Asia Conference held in Kathmandu, Nepal, from June 1-4, 2025. The conference was hosted by the Association for Asian Studies (AAS) in collaboration with Social Science Baha (SSB), under the theme "Reframing Global Asias: Margins, Modernities, and Mobilities." Scholars and researchers from around the world participated in this conference.
At the conference, Dr. Muhammad Yaseen presented his research paper titled "The Dual Political Role of Feudal Lords and Their Impact on Health Sector Funding in Balochistan," which was well-received and appreciated by the conference audience.
