UoT Alumna Represents Pakistan at Prestigious Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting

Five young Pakistani scientists, including Ms. Mahjabeen Hassan, an alumna of the University of Turbat (UoT), represented Pakistan at the 74th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting (Chemistry), held in Lindau, Germany, from June 29 to July 4, 2025.

Hailing from district Kech of Balochistan, Ms. Mahjabeen Hassan earned her Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Turbat in 2021. 

She is currently pursuing her PhD. at the H.E.J. Research Institute of Chemistry, University of Karachi.

Vice Chancellor of UoT, Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan, along with the university community, congratulated Ms. Mahjabeen Hassan, her family, and her teachers on this remarkable achievement. He said it is a proud moment for the University of Turbat to see its alumna participating in such a prestigious international scientific forum.
