Governor Balochistan Appoints Dr. Kamal Ahmed as Pro Vice Chancellor of the University of Turbat

Turbat (November 21, 2025) The University of Turbat (UoT) is pleased to announce that Dr. Kamal Ahmed has been appointed as the Pro Vice Chancellor of the University by the Hon’ble Governor Balochistan/Chancellor, University of Turbat.
Dr. Kamal Ahmed brings a distinguished academic and administrative background to this important leadership position. As Dean, Faculty of Engineering at LUAWMS, he rendered exemplary services in strengthening engineering education. His contributions as Project Coordinator of the University of Turbat Development Project have also been noteworthy. His performance has been widely acknowledged by key stakeholders, including the Higher Education Commission and the Planning Commission. The University looks forward to benefiting from his vision, professional commitment, and dedication to academic excellence.
The University of Turbat formally acknowledges and appreciates the academic and administrative services rendered by Dr. Mansoor Ahmed, who has completed his four-year tenure as Pro Vice Chancellor and has now been appointed as Director Academic Management at the Higher Education Department, Government of Balochistan.
