Turbat University Organizes a Seminar on Kashmir Solidarity Day

Like other Public Sector Universities, the University of Turbat (UoT) also organized a seminar in connection with Kashmir Solidarity Day, reaffirming its support for the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan, Director, Public Relations, Ijaz Ahmed, Political Science Lecturer Munir Ahmed, and Director, Student Affairs Chakar Hyder shared views on the occasion.
The seminar was attended by Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr. Kamal Ahmed, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics, Dr. Adeel Ahmed, and a large number of students, faculty, and administrative staff.
The speakers highlighted the historical background of the Kashmir issue and urged the international community to take notice of the longstanding dispute. They emphasized that a peaceful resolution must be reached in accordance with United Nations resolutions, respecting the Kashmiri people's right to self-determination.
The participants reiterated Pakistan’s principled stance to continue providing moral, political, and diplomatic support to the people of Jammu and Kashmir in their struggle for freedom.
