The Directorate of Graduate Studies conducted the viva voce examinations of MPhil Scholar from the English Literature.

The viva voce examination session was chaired by Dr. Haneef Ur Rehman, Dean, Faculty of Science, Engineering, and IT at the University of Turbat. In the Department of English Literature, the MPhil scholar Mr. Zubair Saleem defended his thesis on May 12, 2026. The external examiner was Prof. Dr. Najia Asrar Zaidi from the University of Balochistan, Quetta. The scholar completed his research under the supervision of Dr. Adnan Riaz, Assistant Professor, and co-supervised by Mr. Mazar Ali, lecturer in the Department of English. The head of the Department of English, Dr. Shah Meer Baloch, the Controller of Examination, Dr. Abdul Majid Nasir, and the Director Graduate Studies, Dr. Waseem Barkat, were also present in the viva session.
