Vice Chancellor's Message

It is my honor and privilege to lead one of the most promising institutions of higher education in the country as the 3rd Vice-Chancellor of the University of Turbat. Established in 2013 through the Balochistan Assembly Act of 2012, our university, despite its relatively recent inception, has quickly earned a remarkable reputation for providing quality education and contributing meaningfully to society. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and teamwork of our highly qualified faculty, diligent administrative staff, and extraordinarily hardworking students.

The University of Turbat is fully committed to upholding transparent administration and good governance, strictly adhering to statutes, rules, and regulations. Our focus remains steadfast on fostering a culture of meritocracy, advancing digital transformation, and aligning academic programs with the demands of the modern era.

Our faculty members are the true strength of this university. By utilizing all available resources, we aim to enhance their professional capacities alongside the development of our administrative staff and students. We are investing in infrastructure, strengthening internal and external collaborations, launching impactful fundraising initiatives, and promoting excellence in teaching, research, and innovation. These efforts will undoubtedly elevate the University of Turbat to new heights of academic and institutional excellence.

Our students are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to their holistic growth and development by improving facilities, introducing digital and skill-based programs, and organizing inter-university competitions and recreational activities. Revitalizing student clubs and societies, as well as fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, are also among our top priorities. These initiatives are designed to empower our students to realize their potential and play a pivotal role in the socioeconomic advancement of Balochistan and Pakistan as a whole.

With the unwavering support of all stakeholders, including the Federal and Provincial Governments, the Higher Education Commission (HEC), the Governor/Chancellor of the University of Turbat, and public representatives, I am confident that the University of Turbat will emerge as a beacon of excellence, ranking among the top universities in the country.
