UoT Gwadar Campus organized One Day National Seminar

University of Turbat Gwadar Campus organized a one day national seminar on “Tertiary Education and Youth Development of Gwadar in Perspective of CPEC” here on February 18, 2017. The prominent scholars, researchers and Professor from Quetta, Karachi and Gwadar participated in Seminar. Speaking to the audience, Chairman Sangat Academy Dr Shah Muhammad Mari said “It is the era of wisdom, knowledge and invention; those nation and society can develop and progress that has command on technology and take invention and research on priority”. Highlighting the importance of literature Secretary Anjuman-e-Tarqi Urdu Pakisrtan Prof Dr Fatima Hassan said the knowledge of literature was equally important along with the knowledge of science and technology for the mental development of the youth. Giving a round of applause to the efforts taken by VC Prof Dr Abdul Razzaq Sabir and his team for the promotion of higher education in this remote area of the country, Professor from Balochistan University Dr Baram Khan Ghori said that the youth of Gwdadar are second to none; they got the potential to play a dynamic role in the development activities related CPEC. Director UoT Gwadar Campus Mr Ijaz Ahmed Baloch and Mr Gulzar Gichki, a representative from civil society also spoke on this occasion.
