Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan visit University of Turbat (Main Campus Turbat)

Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan visited University of Turbat on 27th September 2018. Chief Minister and other Ministers distributed laptop under the Prime Minister’s National Laptop Scheme among the students of Turbat University. Federal Minister for Defense Production Zubaida Jalal, Provincial ministers Zahoor Baledi, Abdul Rauf Rind, Abdul Rahman Khetran, Noor Muhammad Dummar, Abdul Khaliq Hazara, Naseebullah Mari, Haji Akber Askani, MPA Syed Ihsan Shah, members of the provincial assembly and other high provincial and district administration officials were also present on the occasion.
Addressing at occasion he said that students should focus on acquiring quality education with commitment to play their role in the development activities to become prosperous. He said that he would like to be in touch with students and encourage them in all respects. Chief Minister said that he would patronize the students by providing all modern facilities to the educational institutions. He advised the students to meet the expectations of their parents and prove themselves a successful human being. He said that “our youths are talented, their future is bright and Turbat University is playing an important role to bring about positive change in the region.”
In his welcome speech the VC UoT Prof Dr Abdul Razzaq Sabir said “with the support of HEC, Federal and Provincial government the management of UoT believes to provide all possible modern facilities including laptop to students and it is anticipated that after graduating from this prestigious institution they will have an ample opportunity to join their respective professions to serve the society and humanity.” He said that with the help of our dedicated faculty members and committed admin staff our institution is swiftly achieving the milestones and developing talent by using its knowledge, resources and skills for growth of human resource in this far flung area of the country.
Meanwhile CM and Federal Minister Zubeida Jalal planted trees in the premises of Turbat University and inaugurated new faculty block-II.
Earlier the Vice Chancellor along with his faculty members and administrative staff warmly welcome the CM Balochistan and other respectable guests on arrival at UoT main campus.
