Awareness Program Against Corruption Organized In UoT Gwadar Campus

A One-day awareness program against menace of corruption was organized in Gwadar Campus of Turbat University (UoT) on December 6, 2018 on eve of anticorruption week being observed across the country.
Students from Education department, Computer Science, Management Science and Commerce department participated in programs and presented speeches, drama, theatre show, poems, poetry and songs against the curse of corruption.
Presenting the message of Vice Chancellor of Turbat University Prof Dr Abdul Razzaq Sabir, Deputy Campus Coordinator Hafeez Mubarak said that ‘’ We support the campaign initiated by NAB against corruption, it is the duty of every person to play its role in eradication of corruption from society, the managements, faculty members and students Turbat University are remained stand with Higher Education Commission (HEC) and National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the efforts to eradicate corruption from society and making our future more prosperous.’’
Speakers urged all members of society to play their role in curbing corruption from the society. They said that menace of corruption had created chaos in all the fronts of the society, adding that students and educational institutions could play vital role in making corruption free Pakistan and bringing about positive change in the society. they said corruption should be discouraged from every platform and merit should be promoted in all institutions. They said that eradication of corruption is necessary for uplifting the economy of the country and Balochistan.
At the end Campus Deputy Coordinator Hafeez Mubbarak, Incharge Commerce department Mujahid Hussain and Incharge Management Science department Mr.Ubaid Ali distributed certificates among performers and participants.
