Walk held at UoT to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir

The students of University of Turbat (UoT) organized a walk in the main campus on 27th September 2019 to express solidarity with the people of occupied Kashmir and condemn the brutal policies of Modi Government and occupation forces against innocent people of Kashmir.
Addressed to the participants of walk, the UoT’s registrar Ghulam Farooq Baloch, Deputy Registrar Ganguzar Baloch and Regional Election Commissioner Abdul Wahid Baloch said that “Today we have gathered to express solidarity with Kashmiri people against the atrocities being committed by Indian forces and to condemn the brutal policies of Modi Government”. They called the international community to play its due role to stop genocide in occupied Kashmir because peace in the region was not possible without the resolution of the Kashmir issue. He said that the Kashmir dispute should be resolved under the resolutions passed by the United Nations and people of Kashmir should be given their right of self-determination. The walk was attended by Students, Faculty Members and Administrative Staff who were carrying flags of Pakistan and Kashmir and banners inscribed with slogans against Indian cruelties, genocides, and human rights violations in occupied Kashmir.
The participants of the walk insisted to stop lethal act of India and the killings and genocide of innocents, men, women and children in occupied Kashmir.
