The 12th meeting of ASRB of UoT held

The 12th meeting of the Advanced Studies and Research Board (ASRB) of the University of Turbat (UoT) was held on 28th September 2021 at the meeting room of UoT. The UoT’s Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof. Dr. Jan Muhammad chaired the meeting.
While welcoming the participants of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Jan Muhammad said that “promoting quality research culture in the university is our top priority. With the consultation and coordination of the dean committee and heads of other sections, we have initiated various steps to further enhance research activities in the university and incline the faculty members and research scholars towards conducting research projects.”
Besides, approving the minutes of the last meeting of the ASRB, the board also discussed and resolved the enrollment, thesis, and thesis evaluation report of the MS/M.Phil. Scholars of Chemistry, Balochi, and Management Sciences Department. The august body also discussed and resolved various agenda items including revised graduate rules, ASRB calendar, and scope of the directorate of Academics and its functions.
Besides vice-chancellor, the meeting was also attended by Prof. Dr. Abdul Saboor, Dean Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. Gul Hassan, Dean Faculty of Law, Dr. Adeel Ahmed, Dean Research, Dr. Wseem Barkat, Dean Faculty of Economics, Commerce and Business Administration, Dr. Naeemullah, Dean Faculty of Science and Engineering, Dr. Wahid Bakhsh, Principal Atta Shad Degree College Turbat, Ms. Nazal, Lecturer Government Girls Degree College Turbat, Ms. Sidra Abdul Ghafoor, Lecturer Government Girls Degree College Turbat, Mr. Shakeel Ahmed, Controller of Examinations and Mr. Ganguzar Baloch, Registrar University of Turbat.
