Dr. Abdul Majid Nasir, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, University of Turbat (UoT) successfully defended his PhD viva from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. The title of his PhD thesis is "The Effect of Financial Revenues and Net Financial Payouts on Investment Efficiency: An Investigation of Short-termism". Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Jan Muhammad expressed his warmest congratulation to Dr. Abdul Majid Nasir on the successful completion of his doctoral studies at the University of Malaya in the field of finance. Vice-chancellor hoped that Dr. Abdul Majid Nasir would play a significant role in accelerating the efforts initiated by the university administration for the promotion of quality education and standard research at the University of Turbat.
