4th meeting of the Board of Studies of the Chemistry Department

The 4^th meeting of the Board of Studies of the Chemistry Department at the University of Turbat (UoT) was convened at UoT on the 1^st of February 2024 under the chairmanship of Dr. Muhammad Haroon, Department’s Chairperson. Dr. Hameedullah, Associate Professor at the Department of Chemistry BUITEMS participated in the meeting as subject expert. Other members include Dr. Naeem Ullah, Dean of Science, Engineering, and IT at UoT, Dr. Roohullah, Associate Professor at the Chemistry Department of UoT, Mr. Najam Ud Din, Lecture at the Chemistry Department of UoT, Mr. Meraj Hameed, Lecturer at the Atta Shad Degree College Turbat, and other lecturers at the Girls Degree College Turbat including Miss Huma Akbar, Miss Hina Akbar, and Miss Hani Abid.  The major purpose of the meeting was to align the courses of BS and AD programs of Chemistry with the revised HEC Undergraduate Policy 2023. The Board addressed various agenda items, resulting in fruitful resolutions after thorough discussions. Notably, the suggestions and recommendations from expert members were endorsed by the participants of the meeting. In the closing remarks, the Convener of the Board, Dr. Muhammad Haroon thanked the members of the meeting for their active participation and valuable suggestions.
