University of Turbat Hosts Subsidized CBC Health Camp for Students and Staff

As part of its ongoing commitment to student welfare and community engagement, the University of Turbat organized a one-day Complete Blood Count (CBC) Health Camp on campus on October 1, 2026.

The initiative was hosted by the Department of Natural and Basic Sciences in collaboration with the Directorate of Student Affairs and supported by Advanced Laboratories (Pvt.) Limited, Karachi. The camp provided hundreds of students, faculty members, and administrative staff with essential diagnostic blood tests at significantly subsidized rates.
Throughout the drive, medical teams strictly adhered to international biosafety standards, utilizing sterile, single-use equipment and ensuring proper medical waste disposal protocols.
Commending the organizers, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan appreciated the efforts of the Department of Natural and Basic Sciences, the Directorate of Student Affairs, and the technical assistance provided by Advanced Laboratories. According to the university spokesperson, the Vice Chancellor reiterated that safeguarding the health and well-being of students and employees remains a top priority for the institution.
