Students arrange Farewell program in UoT

The Vice Chancellor University of Turbat Prof Dr Abdul Razzaq Sabir said “the way his institution progressing in the field of higher learning, indicates that the time is not too far when Turbat university would become the center of knowledge not only in the province but also in the country. He said this while addressing to a farewell ceremony organized in UoT multipurpose hall on 20th November, 2018 in the honor of the students who will complete their academic session by the end of this year.
He said ''Universities change the fate of the nation and the Turbat University has ample potential to bring about dynamic changes towards development and prosperity in this part of the country.''
Dr. Sabir said that besides limited resources his institution was committed to facilitate its students, faculty members and administrative staff in every possible way for the promotion of quality education in this region.
He said that Turbat University was renowned countrywide for its good governance, merit and dissemination of quality education.
Congratulation to the outgoing students’ VC labelled the day for them as unforgettable with hopes that the graduates form UoT will contribute in the development activities for the prosperity of the people of the province and country.
Speaking at the occasion the Arts and Social Sciences Dean Prof Dr. Abdul Saboor Baloch and QEC director Prof Dr. Gul Hassan said that no nation can progress without acquiring quality education and Turbat University would provide its students every possible assistance and guidance for reshaping their future brighter. Lecturer English department Adil Khan also shared his views in farewell program.
The UoT’s registrar Ghulam Farooq, Science and Engineering Dean Dr. Haneef Ur Rahman, Controller Examinations Tanvir Ahmed, director Gwadar campus Ijaz Ahmed, Protocol officer Meer Bahad Baloch, Chairpersons and heads of various departments, faculty members and students were also present at this occasion.
Students entertained the participants by their creative performances like humorous and reformative dramas, comedy shows, poetry, songs and speeches.
