Turbat University’s Law Students Complete Internship Program Across Pakistan

Thirty-three senior students from the University of Turbat’s Law Department successfully completed an eight-week internship program from June 16 to August 9, 2025, in various cities across Pakistan.

Ten students interned in Karachi with key government departments, including the Prosecution Department, Taxation Department, and Advocate General’s Office. Thirteen students completed internships in Quetta, working with private law firms as well as the Advocate General’s Office and Taxation Department. The remaining students gained practical exposure through placements in Turbat.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan congratulated the students on successfully completing their internship program. He said that the internship is a vital component of the LLB program, bridging theory with practice.  He emphasized that such experiences not only strengthen professional competence, confidence, and responsibility but also raise personal growth, unity, and patriotism. Dr. Gul Hasan encouraged the students to continue their efforts with dedication, enabling them to serve society as capable and responsible legal professionals.

The Vice Chancellor expressed his sincere gratitude to the heads of government and private institutions, as well as leading law firms, for providing valuable internship opportunities to the students of the University of Turbat.
