The UoT's Department of English holds its 7th Board of Studies Meeting

The English Department University of Turbat (UoT) held the 7th meeting of its departmental Board of Studies on 24th May 2024 at the Video Conference Room of UoT. The Board discussed and deliberated over the proposed syllabus of BS English in line with the revised guidelines of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Shah Mir Baloch, Chairman English Department University of Turbat.
Prof. Dr. Mehvish Malgani from Mir Chaker Khan Rind University, Sibbi, and Dr. Liaquat Channa from Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) Quetta served as subject experts of the field. Senior faculty members of the English Department Dr. Adnan Riaz, Amjed Habib, Mazhar Gichki, and representatives from affiliated colleges Mr. Jamal Manzoor and Imrana Rasheed were also a part of the meeting.
Dr. Riaz Ahmed partook in the meeting as the director of the Quality Enhancement Cell of UoT. The Board of Studies examined various aspects of the revised syllabus and gave their invaluable feedback. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by the Chairman.
