Turbat University Equips Graduate Scholars with Skills to Write Effective Research Proposal

Directorate of Graduate Studies, University of Turbat (UoT), successfully organized a workshop titled "Understanding Graduate Regulations and Developing Effective Research Proposals" at the university's video conference, aimed at equipping postgraduate scholars with essential research and academic skills.The workshop brought together MPhil and PhD scholars from various departments, providing them with practical guidance on research proposal development, graduate regulations, and the thesis submission process. The sessions were conducted by Dr. Ghulam Jan, Chairman, Department of Management Sciences, and Dr. Waseem Barkat, Director, Graduate Studies. Dr. Ghulam Jan led an engaging and interactive session on "How to Write an Effective Research Proposal,". While Dr. Waseem Barkat delivered a comprehensive session on Graduate Rules and Regulations of the University of Turbat.
According to the University spokesperson, Vice Chancellor Dr. Gul Hasan termed the workshop a timely and valuable initiative for strengthening the research capacity of MPhil and PhD scholars. He remarked that the University remains committed to providing scholars with continuous mentorship and capacity-building opportunities. He further emphasized that such initiatives are aligned with the University's Strategic Plan 2030, which envisions UoT as a leading hub for research-driven, high-quality education.
