Turbat University Hosts Personal Branding and Career Counseling Session for Affiliated College Students

The Chairperson of the Department of Management Sciences, University of Turbat (UoT), Dr. Ghulam Jan, conducted an interactive session on Personal Branding Strategies and Career Counseling for students of Government Atta Shad Degree College Turbat, an affiliated college to UoT. The students visited the university on September 29, 2026, as part of an educational exposure tour.
In the first part of the session, Dr. Ghulam Jan highlighted the importance of personal branding and guided students in developing a personal tagline, crafting an elevator pitch, and building a professional online presence to support their academic and career prospects.
The second part focused on career counseling based on Holland Code Theory.
Appreciating the initiative, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan emphasized that the University of Turbat remains committed to strengthening the professional capacity of students and teachers at affiliated colleges and to improving the standard of education in these institutions.
