VC Turbat University meets Provincial Minister for Planning and Development.

The Vice Chancellor University of Turbat Prof. Dr. Jan Muhammad and Pro- Vice Chancellor Dr. Mansoor Ahmed met with the Provincial Minister for Planning and Development Zahoor Buledi in Quetta and discussed various matters pertaining to university development projects in current and next financial years. The Vice Chancellor said that Zahoor Buledi, as Finance Minister during previous Govt. has always supported provincial universities especially setting up Universities Finance Commission and increasing the grant-in-aid of provincial universities from Rs 500 million to Rs 2.5 billion. The Vice Chancellor extended his gratitude to Zahoor Buledi for establishment of Turbat University Law College building and appreciated his efforts for release of Rs 200 million for purchasing 10 buses for University and issuing funds for university development schemes including Digital Library for Girls, Day Care Centre, Basketball Court and Sports Ground. Zahoor Ahmed Buledi said that Turbat University is imparting quality education to the future generations of province and Govt will prioritise it's academic requirements for facilitation of faculty and students. The Vice Chancellor also submitted some development schemes to Zahoor Ahmed Buledi for forthcoming PSDP and he assured the Vice Chancellor for maximum support in this regard. The Vice Chancellor also invited him to visit the University.
