Closing ceremony of a Three Day Training Workshop/Gwadar Campus

The closing ceremony of a three Day Training Workshop on “Quality in Education and Research” was held in Gwadar Campus of Turbat University on February 17, 2018.

The workshop was arranged by UoT’s Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) in collaboration with Learning Innovation Division (LID) of Higher Education Commission (HEC) from 15-17th Feb 2018.

While addressing at this occasion director general (LID) Fida Hussain said the HEC was working on comprehensive program to train the university and college teachers in the line of the need of modern time.

Appreciating the efforts of vice chancellor Prof Dr Abdul Razzaq Sabir and his team for quick development of Turbat University in short time he said that he was glad to see the zeal and commitment of the students of this area for acquiring higher education.

He proclaimed the completion of the university’s main campus building and start of Gwadar Campus in few years as big achievements of Turbat University. He assured the university management of his support for the development of Turbat University and promotion of higher education in Balochistan.

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University’s vice chancellor Prof Dr Akhtar Baloch, Turbat University’s registrar prof Dr Haneef Ur Rahman, Director QEC Turbat University Prof Dr Gul Hassan, Chairman Municipal Committee Gwadar Abid Rahim Sohrabi and Director Gwadar Campus Ijaz Ahmed also spoke on this occasion.

The teachers from main campus Turbat, Gwadar Campus, degree college Gwadar, girl’s college Gwadar and GDA college Gwadar participated in this training workshop.

QEC Coordinator at Gwadar Campus Mr Muhammad Irsha Buledi and lecturer Management Sciences Mr Obaid Ali performed the responsibility as training focal person and stage secretary respectively.

At the end, the commemorative shield, university annual report and certificates were distributed among resource persons, guests and participants.
